Down Under Experience
I might be going to an S&M parlour next week. Ooo the thrill!
#1 Necking in public is not necessarily part of the 'ang moh' culture. Friends here seem quite opposed to it as well. But maybe that's just an anal journo thing.
#2 As coherant as most Australians are in comparison to Malaysians, there are quite a number of stupid ones too.
Case in example: Went to the bar in uni yesterday with some classmates to watch the last Obama - McCain debate which was followed by Q&A with some political analysts and what not. The last question posed to them by a self-declared republican:
"Do you think the fact that Obama was a Muslim in Indonesia, even though when it was when he was younger, will affect his vote?"
Analyst person 01: "He wasn't Muslim. Living in Indonesia doesn't make you a Muslim."
Analyst person 02: "I have nothing to add."
Moron (I don't tag him as a 'republican moron' because morons exist everywhere): *shuffles away*
The nerve of some people really.
Their world is so small that all they base their truths on are preconceived notions and prejudices.
