Where it all begins.

Today: Tiger beer launching it's 'Brand New Look', 7.30pm - dunno.

Tomorrow: FEI World Cup (Horse jumping thing), 3pm - 8pm (but most probably 8.30pm. Everyone knows Malaysians are ALWAYS at least half an hour late).

Friday: 10.15am event thing all the way at the central of KL.

Saturday: Off-day! Yay!

Sunday - Monday: 24-hour event at Genting Highlands.

Note to self: I wanted this.

Oh ya.

I've been having a lot of dreams that I can't remember lately.

In fact, I can't even be sure if I dreamt, or if I just dreamt I was dreaming.

It's really quite disconcerting. I hardly dream at all, and when I do, it's usually nightmares.

But Moob said something I quite liked this morning at breakfast.

"Well, the work you do now actually stimulates you. Maybe that's why."

I'd like to think so too.

-----------------
On the way to catch a cab this morning, I passed by a house where a man was whistling the song '500 Miles'.
It made me happy, somehow.
----------------
I know more people now, talk more and am happier now.
Funny how just getting to talk to someone makes your day.
Also, editors had a mix-up: I was assigned to a launch that wasn't a launch, but was in fact a one-on-one interview.
Worst: I only found out 15 minutes before the appointment.
Bestest: But I managed to wing it.
This is definitely, my turf.
---------------------
If you miss the train I'm on, and you know that I am gone, you can hear the whistle blow, a hundred miles.

Putting your finger where your booger is.

It's been a given fact that most governments don't do what they say.

We have accepted that though we've not agreed that it is right.

That's why we vote for opposition parties.

We hope that with the little power that's invested in us, we support the ones that we feel would at least poke the government a bit, making corruption at least a little uncomfortable.

But I recently went for a 'protest' by an opposition party, that lasted all of half an hour, and was attended by less than 20 people.

Heck. There was more of us than there were of them.

I overheard one of their guys saying after the 'protest' was done, "We've finished acting our drama, what are you waiting for? Lets go home."

...

Not surprisingly, more enthusiasm was displayed for the 'going home' bit, than the 'protesting' bit.

Twit Twat.

So someone has been complaining and whining a lot. And that person is me (but of course).

Having just read a few of my usual favourite blogs, I came to recap why I don't like the ones I don't like.

And it's because they complain. A lot.

So I shall from henceforth refrain from being one of those insolent twits that object about everything under the sun.

People, I am now a changed person.

I love traffic jams! Yay for messy boyfriend who makes me dinner! Yay for interesting colleagues! (By interesting I mean that I don't know them yet)

Damn. All this enthusiasm has drained me some.

Will proceed to think about being enthusiastic now.

Subconsciously So.

I've been having odd dreams. Here are the pieces.

Moobs forces me to move to a new place.

My dad says something about living in sin.

Alarm clock rings and rings. (Yes, in the dream)

My dad helps me move house by driving up 9 flights of stairs in his four-wheel drive (we don't actually own one) because there aren't any elevators.

9 storeys is scary.

The room is buruk (all things bad).

blegh

Fear is my creed.

The emotion that affects us the most, is fear.

More often than not, fear does not only drive us to avoid situations, but causes us to act against our nature.

The essence of fear is – we don't want to be lesser beings.

We don't want to be the unpopular one in class. We don't like being unnoticed.

We don't like admitting that there's no other way to fit in with the masses unless we conform.

We don't like admitting we want to conform to the masses.

We don't like to be regarded as being an outsider of the group neither do we like being regarded as wannabes.

So we try to be without being.

We tread too carefully, talk too much and try too hard.

We cover our mistakes and faults by hurling our trophies at other people's faces.

We belittle others and make them feel inadequate and stupid, although they're really only humouring you.

I understand you.

So why don't you give me a break, and quit making me the victim of your insecurities.

Work is confusing.
I'm trying my best to keep up with the pace of everything, which is ironic cause our PCs are S.L.O.W.
I hope I cope because I am honestly terrified of dissapointing everyone, myself included.
